How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
 

We ship orders via UPS and USPS, depending on the delivery address.  UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.  Shipping is automatically calculated using carrier rates prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  Express Delivery options will be presented to you as an added choice. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. 

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

100% Satisfaction Guarantee:  If you are not COMPLETELY satisfied with your purchase -- for any reason-- return the product within 30 days of date of purchase and we'll issue you a refund for the purchase price, no questions asked.
 
How do I send back my Exchange or Return?  Standard USPS (Postal Service) is fine, however, we recommend that you use some trackable delivery method -- USPS offers Delivery Confirmation for a nominal fee.
 
Exchange Policy:  Wild Dawg Gear accepts exchanges postmarked within 30 days of purchase.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  If the new item is more expensive than the original item, your credit card will be charged for the difference. If the new item is less expensive than the original item, a credit will be issued to your credit card. Items must be returned in new condition.  Items returned without the original tags still attached or that appear to be worn/used may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Wild Dawg Gear will ship the exchanged items FREE of charge back to you!  Requests for Exchanges not postmarked within 30 days of purchase may be refused.
 
Return Policy:  Wild Dawg Gear accepts returns postmarked within 30 days of purchase.  Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer.  Wild Dawg Gear will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.  Requests for Returns not postmarked within 30 days of purchase will be refused.  Wild Dawg Gear will be unable to issue a refund on shipping and handling fees unless the return is a function of an error made on our part of the item received was defective.  For damaged or defective merchandise, the total dollar amount of the order will be refunded if a credit is desired in the original form of payment.  Refunds will be credited based on the form of payment used to make the original purchase. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate that can be used for online purchases only.   For items received as part of our Free Shipping offer, refunds will be reduced to cover original shipping costs.
    
To provide you with the most efficient return/exchange process, please contact us within 30 days of the receipt of your merchandise.   You may telephone us at 1-866-386-4131 or send an email to billing@wilddawggear.com.  When returning the item for refund/exchange, PLEASE provide the following information in THE PACKAGE FOR PROCESSING:
  1. Your name, telephone number and shipping address
  2. The order ID, size, color, design and quantity of your product being returned. 
  3. If your return is within the 30-day window, please indicate whether you would like a credit or exchange. 
  4. If there is a defect, please provide us with a description of the defect and let us know if you wish us to provide you with a replacement or a credit.

Send package securely wrapped and include your packing slip with the items being returned circled.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at billing@wilddawggear.com or 1-866-386-4131 within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
